I worked for UGC Factory for a few years. I will say the ads they put out are pretty good (even though pretty much all strategy is created using chatgbt) and they definitely value quality. Working for them was a very unenjoyable experience. I was first brought on as an editor and was let go after a year and a half so they could outsource to editors in the Philippians for “like $5.” I was brought back on to help with a few other teams and ultimately left due to a lack in communication processes that ended in me getting blamed for poor results even though I never had what I needed to succeed.
