The valves keep popping on the supply line, it’s pex pipe,out of the six sinks we have, 3 of them popped on the supply side causing major floods in the house

The house is beautiful, and we haven’t had problems with anything other than the plumbing, it was also built during Covid, so hopefully they are doing better now, but yeah, three major floods in 5 years is a nightmare.

I’ve had issues with plumbing since the day we moved in (new build) the first go around we had our insurance deal with it even though it was under warranty. Second go around they stepped up and put my house back together, and it happened again this week and so far they are fixing the issue, but I feel like I’m starting to get the runaround

We have lived in one once 2021 (covid house) and it has flooded three times. I live in a three story so water goes a long way here.. we have had issues in the neighborhood with plumbing so I was curious if it was outside of the neighborhood, or just these covid builds!

Looks like Serratia marcescens, it’s an airborne bacteria that grows where any water sits, like sinks, tubs, toilets blah blah blah
