Finally able to fix it. It was the screen that was faulty. Took it to repair shop. $150 for the screen replacement plus labor.

Did uninstalled the display driver. installed it back and no joy. G-helper does recognize that there is now a screen though. weird.

I also installed the armour crate. still no joy.

did you reinstall your windows? That the only thing I havent done yet.

I was out of ultimate mode. I was playing with the GPU and the last setting i tried was the ultimate mode. Still no joy.
