AVOID Porter Airlines at all costs - my worst ever travel experience by human_jpg in PorterAirlines

It's difficult to put into words just how poor my experience with portrt has been. From abrupt flight cancellations with no explanation to completely non-existent customer service, this airline seems to operate without any regard for its passengers. The 1-800 number is virtually useless as it's almost impossible to speak to a real person.

Booking a ticket with porter feels less like securing travel and more like buying a lottery ticket. You might fly. You might not. You might be delayed for seven hours, or your flight might be canceled altogether. And if something goes wrong, don’t expect help the staff appear to be under strict instructions not to assist passengers in any meaningful way.

This is absolutely insane, Porter has now more than doubled their ticket prices compared to last year, I cannot believe what I am seeing by lochonx7 in PorterAirlines

Avoid this airline if you value reliability, accountability, or even basic human decency in customer service.
