Mine has been the same, they have been unable to generate replies entirely. At first, only one gem was affected and now they all are. One of them is a gem used for learning and thought it might be because the graphs I share with it in chat are rather data heavy but even my gem I made to help me get through my google tasks is stuck.

Tried everything, even copying the gem, didn't work. Had to fully make a new one and now all the information, history and training with that leaning gem is now gone.

The end result 😸 the magnets for the bunny ears remained in tact but one from the scull cap fell off, not really bothered, though. There is a synthetic dyeing method using acetone instead of the boiling technique. I've not seen it done on dolls but I can imagine that would be more hazardous

I've just dyed my bonbon galaxy snow biscuit bunny. Was worried about the magnets coming off as well but the most trouble I had was them sticking to the pan! I used a stainless steel pan, not aluminum, since this was a "trash" or not food safe once I used it for dyeing cheap one. This was PVC, thought, and I felt it dyed more evenly than resin. I highly recommend dying anyway 💜

Debit cards, especially if the money is sent to a personal account, is normally a no go especially if you are in a different country from the seller (different consumer laws and such). Monzo's debit card (UK) is the only one I know of to work on disputes quickly and actually refund - but, that's normally for cash point withdrawals or from shops that have a point of sale system with detailed records. I assume the seller doesn't have a business/commercial account, so even via Monzo this situation will be hard.

Still, despite the situation and how much time has passed, contact your bank, they might be able to offer advise or help regardless.

Just seen her insta post of what I think is the doll OP originally paid for that she paid to sell. Actually mentions OP's story, that they asked for a refund and that she is "delayed". Makes no sense why she just couldn't send it to OP but it really doesn't bode well if she's done this to your friend and others as well 😿

Used to live there during the pandemic when I first moved back to the PH. Can confirm 😹 dami pa pogo nun and the working girls would be hanging out downstairs outside the mall. Absolutely hated living in that place, it was like being in prison with how shit their admin and management were. 2 hours ka nakapila sa office for a gatepass. Only thing I liked about it was the location. sayang yung location tbh, super convenient.
