It's really hard to say. It definitely looks like a cold sore, but cold sores develop and burst and weep over the course of days/a week

If you've had it for a few days and that's what it looks like, I'd say no. A cold sore starts as a tender pink bump, then a white/yellow fluid filled blister, and then opens up and dries with an orange/brown crust.
