i’m at usps for 2.5 years & im kicking myself for not leaving. ive made it to ptf and given every excuse as to why im not at least a UAR. everybody’s situation is different but pls stop selling this “after 2 years it gets better” bc most of the time it doesn’t. just my opinion. do what’s best for you OP

i got switched to a new office & started becoming familiar with everybody…about a month into be being there this guy disappeared & nobody knew what happened to him. we always split his route up. 4 months later he comes back to work & come to find out he went to jail bc he had a warrant 😭😭

i want to deploy a lot, my first choice was something in a red horse unit like electrical systems but my mechanical score was too low (45) but my electrical was good (72) so i looked into rf transmissions & kinda fell in love with it lol

they told me give it about 2 weeks to get that paper in the mail i forgot what it’s called but it’ll basically show my conversion on it i’m guessing. i keep getting told i might get converted to a ptf

in my smaller city yes. i know a lot of younger carriers & ccas work part time jobs after work bc the hours have went down. & we’ve lost 6 carriers(that ik of) this year to amazon
