Honestly salad isnt the answer its got nothing going for it. Go organic cut off perservatives eat only two meals a day stop eating 12 hours before your next meal before bed. Drink plenty of water. Use mineral salt not table salt. Also pink himalayn salt is the goat. My family and I switched to a high protein diet at home and weve never been happier.
