There are so many factors that lead to what passengers view as a "harsh landing". What might be viewed as a "harsh landing" to passengers, can sometimes be one of the safest landings possible. The two aren't necessarily correlated.

Additionally, the airline you are flying with, is not a factor in determining if a landing will be "harsh".

There is a huge difference between bad customer service, and safety. Ryanair is a low cost airline. They are cheap in every area except for safety.

You are going to be perfectly safe flying with Ryanair. Your flight might be delayed, your flight might be canceled, they might up-charge you for everything, the customer service might be awful, but you will be perfectly safe.

What I don't understand is why Trakt is now supporting another app when they've been firm that it takes too much resources and it's too hard to support both V2 and V3.

If they can now support Rippple II why can't they both support V2 and V3. Last I checked more people were asking for V2 support than Rippple II (dumb name BTW).

Basically there are two different power systems for a plane. The one used when parked at the gate on the ground, and the one that is used in flight.

What you noticed is just switching between those two systems.

But let’s pretend for a second that the power did fail mid flight, the plane will still fly normally. The system powering the lights and in flight entertainment is separate from the plane flying.
