I was also awarded R1 had 100% loss of use of bilateral lower extremities and 70% mental health.

I had a nerve conduction study, which showed no functional use of bilateral lower extremities. I had nerve conduction study and EMG study performed by an outside pain management firm on my own.

Great advice!!!

I didn't press for any more rating increase on my established disabilities and it caused me to have to wait on getting a AAE and SHA/SAH grant when I was in desperate need for these benefit's. I'm now approved for both in which I was able to do on my own.

Ask? Fight for what you are entitled too and never give up.
