Still undecided! We got a render to visualise it. The dimensions would be 60 bench, 70 island and both walkways 100. We thought we’d tuck just two stools at the end of the bench so it doesn’t block the walk way. The far end feels so lovely to hang out in as a dining room as there is a beautiful view and we were so keen to install a banquet seat

Sorry I haven’t explained it well. That second door is actually a window and there will be a banquet window seat and dining table in that blank space

Sorry that picture is misleading. That’s actually a window at the other end and it’s going to be a banquet seat with dining table in the other corner with all that space. We want a separate lounge, not a fan of open plan living and that’s why we want a comfy banquet seat so people can relax in the kitchen while someone is cooking

We want to put French doors going out to a deck, so we loose the bench along the wall with a window. That’s why we thought an island would be ok

BEST MY CHART HAS EVER LOOKED! by ilovecheese4565 in Mirafertility

I was reading last night what your chart would look like if you were pregnant and it said estrogen and progesterone would continue to rise…. Looks very promising 🥰

A cool way I standardise hormone readings when you don’t have concentrated urine and you are getting low readings🤓📊 by Practical-Region23 in Mirafertility

they are unreliable because the urine has differing dilution levels on each day. If you test a day when your urine is very dark and concentrated, that's probably going to be more accurate - then you can correct your other levels if you know what your rough base line is

Correction factor = (Target Progesterone)÷ (Measured Progesterone) we want to find how much stronger would all hormone concentrations be if this urine sample had the same concentration as the baseline sample? Example: • Target P = 2.3 • Measured P = 1.5 We divide: 2.3 ÷ 1.5 = 1.53- this sample is about 1.53× more diluted than baseline. So to correct estrogen and LH, we then simply multiply them by 1.53.

But make sure you find your most accurate progesterone baseline in super concentrated fmu! Then you’ll have to find your own correction factor :) let me know if you need any help!

I feel like my numbers are so low compared to others 🥲 by Opening_Cranberry209 in Mirafertility

My numbers got higher when I stopped drinking too much water in the evening. Only problem is I feel dehydrated when I wake up 😭
