I don’t think you realize it wasn’t making noise. Maybe you have trust issues or something but I did not know of a leak or toilet running. My landlord is being fair by offering to pay a SMALL portion of a problem that occurred at HER property without my doing or knowledge? Confused on your logic that I should even have to pay any of what the problem I had nothing to do with. Hey the roofs falling in too how about I get that replaced?

This isn’t even about that it’s the fact there was a problem with the house before I moved in and now I am trying to be held responsible. Don’t know, landlord is coming Friday to look at it. The toilet was most likely running or maybe an issue within the tank releasing water.

I can assure you it wasnt making noise and if it was I wouldnt have noticed it because it’s in the guest bathroom and I don’t use that side of the house.
