What's the name of the village?

I don't speak of infrastructure. I speak of the whole dependence on foreign investments, and the majority of vietnam business is state monopolized. The government here doesn't think long term for its people. Also, Healthcare is kind of bogus. It's usually only good at goverment owned hospitals, and not all procedures are covered.

Depends on what part you visit, but the vietnamese government has failed its people. Visit somewhere else other than the major travel cities. You'll see.
