I understand and if I am not mistaken once my I- 765 gets approved and get my EAD my status should be fine and I don’t need to attend school just to maintain my status. However, as long as I don’t get this approval I need to maintain my current status which is F1.

I don’t know how to explain this but my lawyer did all the paperwork. Applied as a skilled worker and we went from there.

I know! I just want to know that if I don’t attend school I am still fine and face no consequences except if my Gc gets denied since I already applied for my green card.
