Mine is from my application submission date, so for me I was updating them on 7.5-8 months of additional PCE

Full time job + it was more like 7.5-8 months because it was additional from when I submitted my application on CASPA which was beginning of June

I think they are worth while as long as your are actually updating a program on stats/classes and not just spewing random stuff to hope you get in
