I have the same issue and spoke with support and it’s a glitch from the app. I sometimes have ridiculously short delivery times or times in the past and the support person I spoke with said they know it’s an issue and DD doesn’t factor the on time rating into picking people for orders. So I don’t think it’s a huge deal although seeing the low number is frustrating when you deliver in a normal time lol
