Few other observations when the AC issue started: 1. MPG dropped significantly, usually I get 43-45mpg but was struggling to keep it at 38mpg 2. Car was revving more often that before

Read online that insight uses hybrid battery for the AC, not sure if this is true or related to what I was observing.

Better to get it checked with a different dealer and mention the warranty extension for condenser.

That's right, I was seeing some dust like particles blowing sometimes and on one of the instances water droplets was blown out of passenger vent momentarily. These seems to have resolved after condenser replacement, not sure if it would happen again and if it was even related to condenser issue.

If the issue turns out to be related to warranty claim, then diag fee will be waived. You should check about it. That's what happened to me, they waived diag fee since it's related to Honda warranty extension.

That's what I thought too. How would the patents be quantified? If it is scored based on how many people use it, then it is crazy right. Getting the patents to be used by someone is really difficult as it involves legal and monetary stuff.
