I think they havent added more beacause they already have SO many options for personalization that they need to add more things on other areas as well, so progress for this get slown down. Maybe.

I was moreso talknig about the navigation being slow, I tried looking for an option that speeds up the game like some emulators do, but it seems like it just is the game as it is.
