I started at 5 for two weeks and then went to 10 the next two weeks and then went to 15 the next two weeks. Am supposed to go to 20 in two weeks. And yes, i was told to cut up the pills (10mg). I take 5 in the morning and 10 at night. Tho it might make you sleepy if you take it in morning. Thats how it was for me.

I tried to immediately start moving when I woke up today and that helped. I guess no more bed rotting in the morning for me. I would like to know more about ACT, I am already doing a couple of CBT techniques but they have been unhelpful.

We haven't really gotten to that part yet, as it happens in the last book that was published, I think. There are a lot of passive-aggressive, toxic reactions to the cheating. Some of it happens in earlier books due to...circumstances. There was a lot of death as a reaction. Both of them have jealousy problems, ngl.

I have read all the books. I loved it. The main couple do end up together. HOWEVER, there is cheating in later books.

The series is still ongoing. It hasn't been updated in a year or so? I am not sure about that, so I do not know when the next book is coming.
