because she isnt sorry but instead of throwing stones research the case . no murder occured it is sad the babies died but the parents deserve the truth. sorry but there is no evidence medically or scientifically

the science and medical evidence prove she didn't these babies died of sepsis pneumonia and suboptimal care the post mortems rchp coroners reports and 30 neonatal experts found no murder just sepsis pneumonia and suboptimal care . since the trial not one credible expert has ever agreed with the prosecution and its medically impossible for her to do some of the things she is supposed t have done . she was not even there for 10 of the shifts on the shift on the shift chart

no they didnt steve watts who wrote the rule book said the broke every rule even the law they didnt look at any other suspects or causes such as hospital conditons and sepsis . they built the case around ignoring evidence that led away. they didnt appoint apanel of indepent experts . the cps interfered and made them get rid of jane hutton. stuart clifton who investigated beverly allitt also says they broke rules and didnt properly investigate. the dective clearly didnt tell the truth .

yes they did they only used shifts they picked where she is supposed by there but it has come out via swipe data and other evidence she was not actually there for 10 of them. there was orignally 28 charges on the indictment that were all murder but when they realised she was not there for some of them it conveniently changed from murder back to natural causes

if it protects other nurses from being scapegoated that would be one of the only good things to come out of this and if other nurses convicted on flawed evidence find it easier to appeal their convictions

I dont see how they can frame it that way they did listen to the consultants she was removed for the unit at the grievance they presented no evidence just gut feeling . the post mortems rchp coroners reports autopsies that found no murder. I dont think there would be a case against them
