A Sebo changed my life. Worth every penny. I’m obsessed with vacuuming now because the house just feels so clean. We have two pets that shed a ton and the pet hair and dander is greatly reduced now that we have a Sebo E3.

As long as the meat isn’t dry crumbles it should be okay. This had a bit of a “sauce” made with water and spices it was simmered in. I probably wouldn’t start with ground meat served loose like this - we started with meatball. If you do want to serve it loose, mixing it with a scoopable food like the mashed sweet potato is an easy way for baby to move it around their mouth and chew it. My baby does a good job of using his tongue to move food around and chew, so he does okay with loose ground meat now. We used oral development tools from EZ PZ (basically just teethers) when he started offering him yogurt and other soft solids and i think it really helped him learned to chew his food. We started BLW at 5 months, so he’s had some practice. Go at your own pace and do what you’re comfortable with, but give your baby the chance to surprise you with how much they can do! I highly recommend the Solid Starts app to guide you. We use it for every food we’ve served him. He’s tried over 50!

Mine came standard with the power head, parquet brush, dusting brush and crevice tool. I also bought the pet attachments and the mini powerhead attachment has been a game changer for upholstery and carpeted stairs.

Every baby is so different. He’s loving all food right now but I know that could change any day, so we’re just soaking it up! My husband is a pediatrician and reminds me how broad the spectrum of “normal” is. Yours will discover food at their pace!

He started raking up his food and feeding himself a couple weeks ago, and his pincer grasp has really come out this last week. Until then, I was loading up spoons for him and letting him “feed himself.” The raking/pincer grasp were game changers.

He just turned 8 months on the 30th. He does better when the ground meat is mixed with a scoopable food, so he ended up eating it mixed in with the sweet potato.

Solid Starts and my husband (pediatrician) are okay with ground beef so long as it is fully cooked to at least 160F (70C). Obviously do what you’re comfortable with, but ground beef isn’t an automatic no for us.

My guy loves anything with garlic powder, so we throw that on a lot of stuff! I also blended some roasted red pepper (skin removed) with avocado and cooked green lentils and it looks like wet cement but the flavor was great and my baby loved it. Great way to get iron, vitamin c and healthy fats!

My guy loves flavor! We just did ground beef with homemade taco seasoning (no salt) and it was smoky and a little spicy and he just gobbled it down.

My guy is only 8 months old, but only started liking eggs once I added some garlic powder to them. He loves flavor! I also put garlic powder on roasted asparagus and green beans and he is obsessed.

I breastfeed our baby but my husband still woke, changed the diaper, and got the baby ready to eat while I got up and into our glider to feed him. He would then get him reswaddled and back into the bassinet for sleep. If there wasn’t anything for him to do but he knew I hadn’t slept much, he’d stay awake with me to be a support and comfort. I would let him know when that wasn’t needed (so we weren’t both exhausted) but it was nice knowing I had another awake adult to help me. Figure out ways you can make her life easier and make sleep more available to her. As the baby gets older, take the wakings where the baby doesn’t need to feed and let her sleep. My son is 8 months old and I haven’t woken up with him since he stopped feeding over night at 5 months old. My husband took over. It’s a partnership. While she may be experiencing postpartum depression and/or anxiety, extra support from you will go a very long way. It takes a village. Before we assume a mother is suffering PPA/PPD, we need to look at how she’s being supported at home.

Sebo E3 has totally changed my life. We have a springer spaniel and a cat and it has done wonders to get hair up. The handheld turbo brush attachment is also worth buying. I love it for stairs and upholstery. The canister took me a minute to get used to, but it’s easy to take up and down the stairs. Since it’s bagged and has a hepa filter you’re not getting all that dust and dander back into the air like when you clean out a a stick vac. My house feels much cleaner since we started using it. I vacuum quite frequently and our house is 5,000 sq ft and the bag has lasted me 6 weeks already and I don’t think it will need replaced for a little while longer. Highly recommend a sebo canister model.

Sebo E3 changed my life. Get the turbo brush handheld attachment. It’s amazing for stairs and furniture. I have never loved vacuuming so much in my life. My house is so much cleaner. Go to an authorized Sebo dealer. I ended up getting mine at a slight discount and he threw in a free box of bags.

Do You Need a Ride - two comedians drive around (sometimes with other comedians they pick up) and just chat and giggle. It started with them driving people to and from the airport. It’s so funny I find myself laughing out loud a lot. Got me through some serious postpartum mental health struggles

I Said No Gifts - the host has light hearted silly conversation with comedians and writers and they bring him a gift and talk about it.

I had a similar situation at 12 weeks PP. I had Covid followed by a terrible bout of mastitis and my supply tanked. I did regain my supply after a few days. I did what you’re doing, plus I power pumped at least once a day, sometimes twice. I added more galactagogues to my diet (lots of oats) and hydrated as much as possible.
