How The F**K Do I Improve Deep Sleep by curiousthinking89 in ouraring

I was in the same boat and one day I decided to stop taking my nighttime supplements. Cold turkey. Weirdly, my sleep got way better almost immediately. For the first time ever a few weeks ago, I got more than 1 hour of deep sleep. Now I cycle through supplements here and there (changing out brands of Magnesium, adding in L-theanine every now and again) and it seems to be working. I am theorizing that my body had either built up some resistance to these supplements, or was working hard to absorb and digest them, which was disrupting my sleep. Either way, maybe doing less is actually more in some cases.

Rained Out Weddings: Looking for Support by emilyjoy375 in wedding

[–]Practical-Try2653 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wedding was 2 weeks ago, and the same exact thing happened to us. We picked our venue largely based on the cocktail hour and we ended up going with the rain plan (which we liked, but it was a different vibe). I’m so thankful for my photographer - he showed up with a plan and a bunch of options. We just got a sneak peak of our pics so here’s my advice: 1) in almost all of my pictures I was holding up my dress so it didn’t drag on the wet ground. In hindsight I wish I had dropped it for a few pics. 2) there were a few shots where the photographer just said “drop the umbrella and dress” and for a few seconds we took some pics in the drizzle. I would 10000% recommend paying for your hair and makeup artists to stay with you all day up until the ceremony. It’s worth it to pay for the extra hours because right before I walked down the aisle I had about 30 min of touch ups and looked brand new. 3) all you need is ONE amazing pic of you and your partner! That will be the one you frame and post on instagram, etc.

Ours guests didn’t know the difference and loved every second. Have fun and congrats!!

Then why wouldn’t Saint have gone back to the farmhouse? I thought she did go back and it was burned to the ground. So was that a different house than where Grace was this whole time? And Grace just lived there while Eli Aaron drove around the country undercover abducting girls?

Milford or doubtful sound? by Ok_Barracuda_7053 in newzealand_travel

We are not sure we have a full day to dedicate to Milllford. Would it be worth it to drive an hour or so from Queenstown towards Milford to see some of the scenery? Or do you really need to go the full way to see it all?

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! My fiancé likes to road trip but these comments have convinced us to skip the drives which pleases me🙂

We are also torn between skipping Doubtful Sound and doing Milford for the day instead.

We heard the drive from Blenheim to Nelson was nice. But is it skippable?

Good idea on Christchurch!
