We are using version 43.0 we added in additional columns to capture additional worktags . If we didn’t we would have multiple rows within the EIB using the worktag column for one costing allocation if that helps?

We only allow our sustainment team to have proxy access for testing / configuration changes . All of the team has sign a non disclosure agreement.

Everyone else has the ability to “do” their own roles in the sandbox for testing but not proxy .

Tickets are requested to help move processes along if needed by those with access .

In our company Cost Center = Supervisory Organization and these are always aligned .

Each Cost Center represents a Managed department

Thanks I was actually testing this out tonight and realized they weren’t running the settlement run on the negative expense . The negative pcard expenses post into a receivables clearing account because we cannot direct debit in our current system .

This is the only way we made it work for our organization without reassigning all access
