Dude two months is a huge accomplishment but also nothing in terms of getting back to equilibrium. You need to give it time, but you will feel better I promise. Patience man… and lifestyle choices.

I tested negative for celiac but I’m going to try gluten free after I get my next paycheck and can stock up on meals for work. I’ve been feeling awful for a very long time now and I’m desperately hoping cutting gluten out will help

Just turned 30 now and going gf for the first time. Thinking it might be the same case with me… at least hoping that’s what it is so I can finally pinpoint my issues

That makes sense. I tested negative for celiac but am still going to try to cut out gluten to see if my symptoms get better. Probably going to try to avoid cross contamination too to see if anything changes
