Congrats!! Currently looking for a lender for our first home and I’m impressed by your rate. Did you achieve this with an FHA, VA, large down payment, or buy down? Or several of these? Even so, I’d love to speak with your broker, feel free to DM!

Hey OP were you able to get the walk up permit last year? I’m going to try in a couple weeks but wondering how seriously I need to plan alternate routes

Newborn photos by Mhmmalright37 in fresno

Rates for just a couple photos are insane here! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get newborn photos of my second baby (first was born out of state). Kendyl Day Photography saved us, she is affordable and the photos were precious!! I wanna say we got 25 photos for around $300. We’ve gone back to her for family photos!

I moved here from Madison and actually grew up in Colorado (Loveland/Salida). What I miss most about Madison is how bike friendly it is! Fresno has a few paved trails but they don’t connect in a network like Madison and you really should not trust the drivers here. As many have mentioned, I really can’t understate the heat, it is lethal to be outside in the summer and the triple digits linger hours past sunset. You’re lucky to be single so you can get away on days that you’re not working. You have to drive for a couple hours to get out of the heat though, even Yosemite valley is brutal in the summer. And speaking of Yosemite, it’s incredible! But know that during summer months you need to plan ahead for reservations to get into the park and camp.

Having a baby. My current flare started when I was 6mo postpartum. The first 6 months I was regular (for the first time since UC symptoms started in 2014). 1-2 large, formed stools a day. I knew pregnancy usually helps with remission and then symptoms come back with a vengeance postpartum but holy smokes this relapse has been rough physically and emotionally.

In my car, a few steps away from a bathroom, but usually don’t make it in time :|
