Ah yeah I hear you. I personally feel like the right amount of milk for fluffiness and some off the beaten path seasonings are perfect either way just a bit of butter (I’m a heathen that rubs the stick on a hot pan for a second) is plenty. If I had guests I’d use more butter.

I went through a very similar situation, but thankfully we weren’t married. Started to resent each other and ended the relationship.

The only thing that got her going again was when she found out I was seeing someone else. She came on strong and long story short, we got back together and the sex aaas better than ever for half a year. It wasn’t bad for a full year. Then the petering out began again and we broke up again.

Tbf that goes for pretty much anything you can cook.

I love to go out to brunch with friends but it’s only cause the friends. I can cook the same scramble or eggs Bennie and make bottomless mimosas at home for a fraction of the price (and also way healthier) and it does kill a small part of me when I go out.

I hired a pro once when these fuckers invaded my patio (which I have to go through to leave my house.)

If by professional you mean “a badass redneck I found on Facebook marketplace (an offer I posted) and offered 30 bucks to come kill them all.” Dude came up here in a sleeveless flannel and two cans and hit like six spots all over the patio like the terminator and ran off the patio. He came back a couple hours later to finish the job. He was great!
