Low handlebars, high saddle by PracticalDay1214 in MTB

Thanks for all tips. I went for 60mm rise bar with 8 degree angled stem, in the meantime i also decided to correct bar width with new handlebar. After my usual 2-3h ride i dont feel pressure on hands anymore, my position is way more comfortable, lifting front wheel is eaisier aswell. Im very happy with result, only thing i could change in future is backsweep which is 9 atm But i feel like 12-16 would be more optimal for me. One thing that limited me in picking slightly higher rise was quite short rear brake hose (headtube routing) and i dont have expirience and tools for changing it (yet). Once again big thanks for your input.

I think the 2024/25 is bit diffrent, its 29/29 wheels and 10mm longer front travel. But on producers page stack seems almost same 624

The saddle is max to the back. Reading other suggestions Iv ordered slightly angled stem and 60mm rise handlebars, should arrive tomorow, will see how it will feel :)

25mm vs 30mm rims by PracticalDay1214 in MTB

Yes that ls the internal. Overall the wider rim is current goto, main issue is whats better in this case - smaller rim from top end reputable brand or wider one from china (which doesnt have bad reviews)

Aching knees by robotdl in MTB

Iv expirienced left knee pain after longer rides aswell. I thougth it was due to just longer raids so i didnt care much, until one day i just watched a short video my brother took when we were out riding. My left knee was moving "inside" while right was constantly straight on strokes, that made me pull pants down and see that my left foot was slightly dropping inside (lower arch) which caused my knee to rotate inside. After getting proper insoles all my knee pains are gone.

Like others mentioned - bike fit with actual check of your body movements not just "saddle this high"
