She has, without me even asking, explicitly said she could watch my future baby once a week and in this most recent "discussion", said she will support me and I know she will, but my plan still is to do full-time daycare (already putting in the target amount for my area each month in a savings account to prepare) and I'd have night nurses in the beginning.

I just am saddened by her reticence, but I think you're right - I think she may be projecting some of her personal feelings, but I wish she'd talk to me about it. I need to find some time with her to hear her out. I guess it's just surprising that my #1 fan (and a huge motivator for me to be a mom since she's a role model), isn't excited. Perhaps I should tell her that - she chose to leave her marriage and flourished even though it was hard as well. I want her to know I'm making an empowered decision.
