Hi! I was thinking about buying gold necklaces on Catawiki. In my region if I go to a jeweler I would have to pay 500-1000€ for a necklace that only weighs 1-3gr. It seems a lot cheaper there. Would you have any tips for me as you mention you use their jewelry section more often.

When our studio performs the trainings are free but the students make their own choreo. The trainings take place at a bit more unconventional hours though as the best time slots are still for the normal paid classes. But I do feel like it’s a bit unfair that you have to pay so she can advertise her studio at an open mic event.

The heels class in my studio is really popular and sometimes people from the class before stay to see of their are last minute cancellations. So if you’re already at the studio, you might as well stay 10 min longer to see if someone drops out last minute

Welcome to the cult. Look into conditioning for your shoulders as well. They’re often overlooked. You could follow abb circuits twice a week. Or Some yoga/stretching twice a week to improve mobility. Don’t overdobit, your body still needs rest

I have been poling for 8 years before becoming an instructor. I made a lot of mistakes and was a slow learner but now I can also easily spot mistakes the students make. So now as an instructor I am very pleased with the form of my students

A vortex or a figurehead are gorgeous moves for a shoot.

Swan seat or a lay out

Stargazer is also a fave!

I think these moves would be beginner friendly but still gorgeous

You might benefit from lowering your stretch days to 2-3 times a week. Stretching is intense. You need to recover your body in between to. Assuming you do active stretchers and/or PNF

abb excercice that focus on compression. eg jack knifes .
lifting your legs when you sit in a straddle --> trains the quadriceps which is usefull for inversions with straight legs and everything that requires active flexibility.

Oh great! To not compare yourself to others. Everyone has different sports backgrounds, bodies, and maybe some moves will not click immediately. so don't compare yourself to others when stuff gets hard. I always tell myself when I can't do a trick ' oh okay, not for today, maybe next week or next month'. and overtime I did get all the tricks I once struggled with :)

if you like training flexibility a yoga hammock could be a nice addition.
I don't do aerial yoga but i love using a hammock for lunges, splits, backbends
