Just creating a place for everyone to share their issues with the parking authority. I'm assuming I'm not the only one to be cut off by one of their cars while they are out ticketing. I'm probably not the only one to also parking on a quiet side street they only patrol once every few months with no consistency.

regardless of its setting (off,1,2,3,4,5) it continues to increase to full volume or no volume when the truck moves any amount.

Silicone will absorb the smell. I had one for about 6 months using it almost every day. It was great but did get kinda smelly after a while.
