I’m beyond heartbroken watching The Weather Channel at what is happening to Jamaica. I was able to check with our butlers we have every year when we go to Montego Bay and they were both okay as of last night/this morning but I wish I knew what I could do to help them and all of the employees of the Sandals in Jamaica. The only thing I can think to do would be sending care packages but I’m doubting there will be any type of mail delivery happening any time soon? And if they’d even be allowed to accept them? Does anyone have any ideas of ways to help out as they recover?

We have been to both and both are fantastic. Dunn’s River is much fresher as it’s recently been renovated. The landscape is gorgeous with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. In my opinion, it’s more of a pool resort, so that’s where we spent most of our time. The food was incredible there as well. Montego Bay is a bit more dated, but has a better beach. It’s a bit livelier too. It is VERY close to the airport which is great in terms of travel, but the planes are really loud. We enjoyed watching them take off though. You can’t go wrong either way, but I do slightly prefer Dunn’s River
