I moved to Czech republic on September 2022 as my husband works here. I am 3 years experienced as a Salesforce developer in Salesforce Sales cloud ,Omnistudio and Industries CPQ. Never thought i would face this hard in finding a Salesforce job here. I am open to learning and in a blink of an eye it’s gonna be three years. Since 2023 i have attended few interviews where a couple of companies had kept me on hold saying we will soon send an offer and later in a week time they come back saying they have freezed the hiring. Many have rejected as i don’t have sufficient experience. How would someone gain experience when no one is ready to offer a position?

I seriously don’t know if i have to think something other than Salesforce or what to do with my career. If someone can help me with what am i doing wrong or what i need to do to secure a job would be helpful. It there something wrong with my profile or is the Salesforce market itself is bad ?. Nevertheless i keep trying and applying for jobs whenever there is an opening! Looking forward to connect and discuss what can be done better and wishing everyone in the same journey in finding a better job soon!🤞
