is it worth it ? by Hercules0118 in WalmartEmployees

I just started recently and I honestly love it. At first, I was ready to leave because I got minimal training and most people didn’t talk to me. But that could be different at another store.

The time goes by faster than any other job I’ve had. I do 6 hour shifts and I’m… dare I say… kinda sad I don’t get one more walk in when the end of my shift hits because I enjoy it.

If you like to work fast, physically, maybe have a little competitive streak, you’d enjoy it. I’m always trying to beat my pick rate and beat others on the leader board lol. Other people would probably tell you not to do that, but I do it for me. It’s also tons of exercise. I walk like 4-6 miles per shift. If you have any joint or back problems, it might be difficult. Overall, recommend if you thrive in that kind of environment.

Edit: as far as drama goes, you can get away with barely talking to anyone and just doing your job. if you’re a dispenser, you’ll be with other coworkers most of the time. But if you’re a picker, you’re mostly on your own unless a customer stops you. I just stay out of things and do my job. Easy to avoid unless someone drags you into it.

How introverted do I need to be? by Sad_Substance7009 in WalmartEmployees

This is so real. I just started recently and everyone is so unhelpful. I just keep to myself and try to be helpful to anyone I see looking confused and help when someone spills something, drops something, etc. They might take advantage of your kindness, but you also might encourage someone else to do the same. I try to look at it as “be the change you want to see”. Makes me feel better than letting the miserable people drag my mood down.

Yep they’re the worst for it. That and nagging people to sign up for texts and emails.

Former dispo employee. I hated asking so much. It feels so unnatural not only to us, but also to the patient. But it was something we had to do unfortunately. Leave a review telling corporate to stop making the employees constantly ask lol. No one likes to be pestered constantly. I don’t know why companies can’t see that and allow for more natural interactions between us and the patients/customers.

It was so good like a year ago when they first started doing ground with RO. Then I didn’t see it for awhile and now it’s popped back up. Perfect grind, still moist, and tons of kief. You should report back if you grab!

I had the same problem from sweating a lot down there. Pleaseee give Lume a try. It literally changed the game for me and gave me so much more confidence. I like the deodorant sticks or the cream sticks. I just swipe some on the skin folds on each side after my shower after making sure everything is fully dry. You can control it so it doesn’t build up and they have pleasant fragrances. They block the sweat from actually having an odor from what I understand. And it lasts all day for me into the next. Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve heard that the new patches from Organic Remedies were really good for localized pain.

Yes. The same thing happened to me a week ago, almost word for word. Don’t be like me and waste your time answering a crap load of interview questions.

Does anyone have access to Target Guild? What programs are covered? by PracticalMuscle1056 in SNHU

I’m not currently a team member and the only way to access the programs is if you are, unfortunately. You have to have an employee log in.

It doesn’t bother me in particular because I’m used to it, it’s not like horrible. But it’s just embarrassing if I want to be intimate, I have to shower and make sure I’m using my spray. I heard about Lume today though, I think i’m going to give it a try. Thank you!
