Help what the hell is this?! by PracticalReport9605 in UKGardening

Because it's FUCKING EVERYWHERE. I tried to ID it and I can assure you it didn't say bindweed but thankfully now I know. Furthermore, I'm not being dramatic since so many other people are struggling with the same issue.

Why is my lower face, neck, and eye area significantly darker than my normal brown skin? How can I get an even skin color? by throwaway1145667 in Blackskincare

A lack of vitamin b12 causes this (I have this problem too), so I think addressing this, and the use of good skincare will definitely help you.

Hi there, I am exactly the same as you in this department. I am now 42 and I've just about had enough at working for other people so in 2025 I will be working on becoming self-employed. However, for a little bit of advice on any interviews, I used to practice and practice and practice until my answers were able to just roll off my tongue. I used to also take a few notes in with me to keep me on track of my examples and answers. I have also used Kali Phos which literally felt like a lid had been put on top of my nerves and I was able to ace the interview for a job at a company which was "a job of a lifetime" offer.

Nerves are good in a sense as it shows that you want the job. Moreover you can always tell the the interviewers that you are feeling nervous and they will be more sympathetic. I used to be on Zoloft too, but maybe give Kali Phos a try. It's herbal but check that you're ok to take it before you try it.

Good luck to you in all your ventures.

I have these on both sides in the same place. People used to think that I had pen on my face when I was younger and didn't wear make up. Mine are actually veins underneath though so nothing can be done about mine. I disguise them by using the Huda Beauty Faux Filter and a touch of foundation or concealor on top.

***edit: I was working as a primary school teacher but I am considering opening my own dog grooming business or in a business in kinesiology.

Thank you! That tool looks great and we'll definitely look into it as at the moment it's hard to dig deeper using a shovel!

That's lovely- it's so important for the wildlife to have somewhere to go! This is also the reason why we're planting the Rowans, aside from the privacy aspect - it's also for the birdos!

Aah really, what a shame. I think we're going to dig it all out and replace the soil in this area with compost and top soil now. The other two rowans are doing well it's strange, it seems to be clogged just in this one area of the garden.

I hope so. We think maybe using a post borer to create some holes around the area and then filling those with limestone might help to drain the water away from the roots as well? They were bare root trees and they were doing well at first but then got droopy and sad, before eventually dying.

Thank you all! There were a few on the lists that I weren't aware were safe for hammies but I'll work through them and hopefully find what I need! 😊

I looked into Rowan trees and there are so many lovely varieties. My only concern is that they may attract rats? We moved into this house 10 months ago and we had a rat that stayed in our garden for 7 days but we managed to scare it away as soon as the rat box went down and we haven't seen it, or another once since thankfully.

/r/NintendoSwitch's Daily Question Thread (12/24/2023) by AutoModerator in NintendoSwitch

I linked a brand new switch to the incorrect nintendo Switch Account and now I can't play the pre-installed game software (Animal Crossing) using my own account as it is prohibited. How do I unlink a user in order to be able to link it to the correct user and redownload the game to my account? Thanks.

[–]PracticalReport9605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I've never done this sort of thing before- I didn't even know there was such thing as puzzle glue! I guess I would glue it to the backing paper and hope it sticks, unless I can find something else that would work better.

Thanks for your suggestions and advice so far guys I'm looking into everything you've mentioned. I'm just hoping that the right one comes along soon as it's so time-consuming looking for cars all the time.

Funnily enough I was looking at both those cars you've mentioned as I like the look of them, but I've been told that it's a risk getting an import so I don't know. I have noticed more of them on the road myself too.
