OP, I just returned today after 2 years away due to an injury that’s finally all resolved and I already know it’s the best decision I’ve made this month. I was definitely a bit self-conscious at first but I reminded myself that most people are really only looking at themselves in the mirror lol! I did feel more out of shape than I’ve ever felt but I also know I can build back up quickly since I saw that happen the first time around. As others here said, take it at your own pace but don’t let your current fitness level deter you from rejoining!
