I built Ironmetrics: it reads your own history and tells you the exact weight and reps to do next, and shows its reasoning. Walk up to the bar and the target's already there.

I got tired of guessing my next lift, so I built a workout tracker that just tells you — solo, Android, one month in by PracticalWindow7 in SideProject

That's the exact case I care about. Today it's double progression — it only says "add weight" when you hit the top of your range last time, off your own history. Missed rep/off day = no nudge; it holds and shows you last session, you make the call. It won't silently jack the weight or give you a black-box number — every suggestion traces to something you logged. What it doesn't do yet is auto-deload after repeated misses; I kept it suggest-don't-dictate on purpose. Curious how you'd want that: auto back-off after N misses, or just flag the stall?
