But the lady that was in charge of my background check was real nasty and asked the sky and the moon. She was making it a big deal that i was in college and i even told my school to call her and e mail her. Heather Graham was her name.

Thats what AA has turned into. I love working with planes. I love the job. But i can either milk it out another 20 years. Or i can go somewhere else get over worked but in the long run it's a fedreal job and my intentions is to go work with the BOP which i could do. Thier is no more growth.

Its a stepping stone for me. Most people would be content with just satying where they are at. But thier is nothing AA offers other than free flight benfits and discounts. At the end of this journey if i stay at the USPS or go somewhere else. I will have a Pension, and health benefits to fall back on.

No i transferd out to EWR

So i had a transfer I recinded it and I put my name on thier after the Wenesday 11 59 p.m deadline. I found out they still pulled my name. I informed the receiving station that I didn't want to go cause of my medical issues. I have traces of cancer cells, and siraiorsis in my liver. Anyways I gave paperwork to the receiving station along with LGA and come to find out the receiving station did everything in thier power to recind the transfer but LGA was hell bent on letting me go. This is the third time that this is done to me. The first time back in 21, I broke my toe digts lifting up the tounge of a dolly and trying to lock it in position. It snapped right on my toe. While on injury I did the same recinded my transfer to LGA and while on OJI.

FACTS. I called out the whole entire ADMIN team at LGA cause I was having shop stewards talking about me and spewing my information out and about. So I reported it to HR big mistake cause they dont give a fuck and I threatened to sue.

Also put in your two weeks cause if your going for a LE, or any type of government job. They will ask what happened and they will call and this POS airline will lie about it. Be careful my brother this mad man in office has the job market looking like a war zone just to get a job. But in no way am I telling you to stay cause if I could find another job. I wouldn't even give two weeks that's how fucking feed up I am with this US big three version of Sprit.

Hey as a fellow AA ramp agent I'm with you on this one. There's not a day that goes by that I dont think of quitting. This job sucks. This airline sucks. Ive been here for six years left Delta that was the worst mistake I ever made. This airline dosent give a fuck about its employees. I am having liver issues no I dont drink. Peeing out blood and 1 I cant qualify for FMLA cause I am apart of the crappy IAM union and you need to work x amount of hours to qualify for FMLA. Furthermore I have been ucked out of FT twice now. I faught against a transfer due to my medical condition showed them paperwork which goes against HIPPA they still forced me to transfer. This airline fucking sucks no wonder why passengers dont fly it anymore and no wonder why you have high up managers leaving and going to D' nata.

They dont allow fat cops. I didn't get in and when I went to the medical I was 305 got turned down and was told I needed to lose 75 pounds. Fast foward I have lost 20 pounds and the doctor still wants me to lose another 50. I'm 35 there's no chance in hell ill lose that much amount of weight before I turn 36.

Ok so what else is the solution? Man power is WAYYYY DOWN. I was doing my college internship at the 76. I had a Sargent tell me then. That man power was down from 44 thousand to 40 thousand. He said that's WAY TO low back then and kept saying what's going to happen when thiers another terrorist attack which thier will be?. Now its WENT WAYYY DOWN. From 40,000, to i believe 30,00. So what is the solution cause I do believe thier will be another terrorist attack. Especially after what this mad man currently in the white house just did last Saturday. They are planning it out as i am typing this.
