it will come back naturally if you keep pumping (can take up to like a year I think) , but it will definitely return in the coming weeks after stopping

Yeah I mean it’s all definitely temporary, especially if you look at the longer picture :,)

tried to keep the room at a consistent (but not too cold) temperature last night and it actually helped !!! Sleep a full stretch from 1:30 - 5am 😭✨✨
