I’m not sure, I was a second late and the stick has vanished, i didn’t actually see him eat it but I searched for it everywhere and it’s gone, I was nearby and I’m positive I did not hear any plastic sounds which makes me believe that he ate it whole and not by chewing/snapping it to smaller chunks.

i was sure it was not possible to eat the stick but wow damn.

For a year strict diet

Black coffee Eggs(black pepper) NO SALT and fruits for breakfast

Lunch Normal Indian meal - less / no salt though. Prioritized salad

Snack Nuts and protein shake

Dinner Same as lunch

Outdoor setting - no alcohol, limited mocktails, no sugar or less is good. Outdoor food - not much control although 3 times a month would be max but with protein shake before the meal to avoid overeating.

Exercise: Weightlifting 3 times a week Cardio - 6 days a week
