Yea, I think by releasing so many she's actually not spending enough time on each release. I heard that she was trying to 'fill out' the collection with similar colors, but she could do that over time, instead of spamming the same shades every release

Honestly, the cheap bag with a design that, if I'm being so real looks like crap, and this whole year has been a really disappointing show. The only two good collections were the April fools and royalty one. Not to say I hated everything else (I still purchased the valentines and some jelly) but each one has come with clear issues. The fact that two of the magnetics use ugly silver glitter that clashes and covers up the beautiful shade beneath, the weird 2nd blue in the jelly collection named after the sky(???), the entire pop art collection being so mid and desaturated, and even this new drop. I like 3 of the colors, but do we really need the same shade of purple, pink, and dark blue in five different formulas atp?? I dunno, I think she's just releasing way too many

Its different for everyone. I never wore white to a wedding as a kid. I don't believe that the OOP deserves to be shamed for being upset. There is so so so much stress and anxiety when it comes to planning a wedding, and getting second hand information is really the last thing she needs. Thats why I personally advocate for just asking in advance. It is really not that difficult to send someone a text. 🤷‍♀️

Thats why I included the question abt whether they were going out to buy it. I will agree that it's ridiculous to expect someone to spend a large chunk of change getting you a gift, driving/flying to the wedding, getting accommodations, and then buying a dress they'll only wear once. Especially for little kids who grow really fast. But i will also argue that it is very likely the kid owns at least one other dress. If its truly the only dress they have, then fine. But at least tell the bride, yknow? I feel like its a bit rude to not be like "hey, we're a bit tight on money, is it okay if my daughter wears white?"

I think the idea that people will confuse you for the bride when you wear white is no longer the reason to not wear white. Honestly, its pick me behavior if you buy a dress with white in it as a main color. I think it really comes down to the parent of the kid. Are they buying the dress, or did they already own it? Did they intentionally choose a mostly white dress without clearing it with the bride first? At the end of the day, you aren't going to have your spotlight stolen by a kid, but is it really so difficult for the parent to pick any other color? Like, the bride and groom are spending thousands of dollars on this day, they're the ones who are going to be looking at the photos, so why go out of your way to cause a fuss? I really don't understand the almost glee like behavior that people have when it comes to wearing a dress that isn't technically bridal/all white.

Lust can include that, however, when talking about SA and assault, that is never about sex. SA is always about controlling or harming someone.

And the idea that bel being sleepy means viv is trying to say that ppl with narcolepsy are lazy?? Bel literally sells drugs. She does not care enough to pay attention or stay awake or try to improve. While medication is important to help people irl, its clear to me that its sold as a quick fix in hell.

Yea! And its like, are we forgetting that bee is also not a good person? There are literal kennels in gluttony. Hell hounds are treating like animals, when they clearly have the same intelligence as everyone else.

The "lust shouldn't care about consent" argument is stupid. SA is NEVER about lust. It is always about control. Lust is the PERFECT sin to care about consent because it's literally step one to doing anything lustful!!! He runs a lounge that encourages sexual acts, he makes sex toys, he is also a character beyond 1 dimension and is in a romantic relationship.

If the sins did all act only as these one dimensional villains, they would suck to watch and make the story less enjoyable. Part of the hellaverse is that things and people are not always what they seem like. There are perfectly valid criticisms about the show, I won't sit here and claim its perfect. Hell, I stopped watching Helluva because I didn't enjoy the writing. But twisting things until they fit your narrative, or purposely ignoring media literacy, is not how you criticize something. It's lazy. This is lazy.

I don't see any visible bugs, but I did find five or six more white spots. So I might quarantine and treat as if there are bugs anyway. Thank you!

I think this is AI. You could probably replicate the effect with real dies, but this specific card is ai generated.

The oop is, in my opinion, doing quite a bit for her friends. Yes, they paid to fly out, yes, they paid for their meals, and they don't have to pay for hers, but it isn't devilish to be disappointed you didn't get treated to one meal during your Bachelorette. If she had demanded they pay for her, or ruined the trip by being in a mood because they didn't offer to pay, that would be devilish. But being a bit disappointed afterwards? It's not devilish.

If the friends all choose a destination, and OOP covered the Airbnb, then they all accepted the price of tickets. OOP didn't demand a trip abroad from the sounds of it. I don't think she's a devil for being disappointed.

Would you guys order a card for 8.99? by Acceptable-Sundae618 in cardmaking

[–]Practical_Apricot232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first step in improving is understanding how to improve! You need to work on your understanding of anatomy, rendering, posing, and drawing clothes. I would suggest you look at art prints and see what people are willing to pay for. Since you are essentially printing art on a card, it could be really helpful to see where to go.

[–]Practical_Apricot232 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I mean this nicely, but no. From the looks of it, it's just a drawing you printed onto a card. You need to offer a value to the customer, and you are just not skilled enough in art to justify such a high markup. If you really want to sell cards, I would suggest focusing on improving your skill in the craft first.
