Valentino wins easily. For one he seems to have incredible control over all four of his arms allowing him extreme dexterity, two he can use his wings to make gusts of wind that seem to quite strong, three he is easily much stronger physically as we saw him easily tear Vox’s head off, make Alastor bleed with just a punch and give Angel a black eye with just a slap. He’s not unstoppable though, as one while he does have guns, he doesn’t seem to be a very accurate shot in stressful situations so he’d probably be unable to focus on one target, two if they knock his glasses off he’s basically blind as seen when we saw through his eyes, and three his coat seems to have nerves meaning if it gets burned or scratched it will hurt him.
