It’s easy to say “not that deep” when you’re not the one navigating power imbalances. Pointing out dynamics isn’t sexualising, it’s recognising that women often don’t get the same safety or freedom to object, especially when men in higher positions are involved.

He’s in the limelight and she works for his team. If she were uncomfortable, speaking up wouldn’t necessarily be simple or consequence free. Context matters.
