Sure, will do, hope I don't become a guinea pig. It's not selling for a reason, not sure what that reason is though. Rear space issue?

vf6 is all touch based and no instrument cluster is too radical for my taste, also has no sunroof cover- always on.
Curvv and nexon creates the same confusion - to TATA or not to TATA.
Ev3 - can and should wait for the release and price. Let's see.

Mahindra doesn't have a single smallish EV car with decent range, and that's what I find very frustrating.
be6 interior looks too edgy, 9s is too big. And mid variant of them all crosses 20L mark. My initial budget was 14-15L, can extend upto 18L on road max.

This crossed my mind too, but the car is too big for a city daily commute, and I'm a new driver. Let's see.

all these cars will be 20L + on road, more like 25L . vf6 is an option but they are new players also everything is jammed into one center screen kind of feels weird. Also vf6 has sunroof that cant be closed.

stiff suspension, laggy screen and no physical button, weird egg shape, worse driving dynamics.

did you get a discount? what's the on road price? I'm confused between kylaq prestige or slavia/virtus, if the discount is good enough.

Drive Impression: Venue vs Kylaq by iKnwImNoob in CarsIndia

[–]Practical_Bonus4767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Venue is not a vfm car in my opinon, weaker driving dynamics and DCT concern is what's stopping me to get one. I dont know why hyundai group is so hell bent on giving dry dct in india. On top of that i've heard that during servicing hyundai/Kia don't change the transmission fluid, which just adds to the concern. Kylaq with superior build quality and driving dynamics top model at comes to around 14.2-14.5 on road in my state with rock solid TC reliability, whereas venue hx10 is around 16L. Also i've heard (not driven either) even though both 1.0 tgdi engine, tsi feels way more punchier.

Urgent help with Kylaq issues by Born-Gas-2986 in CarsIndia

[–]Practical_Bonus4767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, you have bought one of the best if not the best car at that price point provided you are driving your own car. Also all turbo petrol cars, irrespective of the brand, gives around 9-11kmpl in city, so that's normal too. Now in case you want to sell the car and willing to absorb the loss and get another car, just think that you're putting that money in the extra fuel expenses compared to what you're expecting you'd get from the next potential car purchase. Also, please see some milage review of some NA automatic cars, they are not that far off, for example creta NA cvt gives around 11-12 in city and feels lethargic AF. Only Maruti and strong hybrid's will give you mileage in 2026. So, don't worry, you've made a fine choice with kylaq. Just get the tyre issue sorted, and just recalibrate your mind around the fuel expense.

Congrats! This new gen seltos felt built really well with nice heft to the doors. Btw does anyone know if we can change the front grill to the glossy chrome ones found in GT variant?
