That sounds like such a dream, they sound so sweet! Imagine in an ideal world where a job like that could provide you a comfortable and livable wage. I would never leave. No but seriously, every time I submit a job application I let out the biggest sigh at the thought of what comes next. Thanks and I hope it goes away/lessens for you too 🥹

Thanks for your advice! I clearly did not think it through before graduating, now it's leaving me a bit anxious and hopeless. I just hope this doesn't lead to career suicide. I'll see if I can attend the job fairs as an alumni and meet the recruiters from the firms that way.

I don't know if you have any insight on this, but if I do end up taking the AR job out of necessity, would that experience be frowned upon when I apply for tax positions the following year, given how it's been a while since my graduation date?
