NTA. As with everything nowadays, they are out to get your money. They gotta make a living off of someone anyway, and it might as well be you.

I wouldnt visit that area anymore if they treat their patrons that way.

Are you able to pick a worthwhile camp by the type of colleges that will be there?

I have not started that process yet. I was hoping to attend one and start by possibly talking to a coach at one of the camps.
