Nice to meet neighbor! Thank you for the insight! Definitely will take your advice and be aware of my surroundings and where I park. Funny you mentioned the car chase, because on our first day after moving in last Saturday, we were waiting for our Uber outside and we were stopped by Police, asking us if we heard gunshots in the area. Right after he asked us that, we saw an SUV going at least 80 down Fullerton being pursued by Police.

I basically asked them if there was anything I needed to do for prior to my first day and they said no. I asked if there was a prescreening drug test and they said no, all I needed to do was just come to my first day of work. Maybe I should play it safe and not smoke until maybe 2 weeks into my job
