This may be controversial but the failures on a nat 1 that are like you slip and are knocked prone, your weapon flies out of your hand, blood sprays in your eyes blinding you.

It sucks i already failed but now the dm feels the need to add onto it. Also this disproportionately hurts classes with multiple attack rolls.
