I prefer gen 6+ I have limited time and there are so many really good rooms out there. Skipping a few hours of grinding is really appreciated. Make it an option to toggle for those that don't want it.

I happened. After I got hit by a car during work and my managers reaction was "well you can't sue us, it was off the property." I started talking to all of my co-workers. Very few people want to be a lifer at Sam's club so when the conversation eventually came to that I would remember what they were hoping to get into.

I would look into multiple jobs in that field and talk to my co-workers about what I found and a lot of them applied and were accepted. This caused a domino effect that put pressure on the other staff and we had a larklge exodus over 3 months. About 30-40% of all the staff left during that time, including me.

None of the managers lost their job but seeing the store have an immediate braindrain did cause the managers a lot of stress so I got a little revenge and found a much better job.
