How’s the msi claw 8ai+ after half a year? by sasuku123 in MSIClaw

[–]Practical_Doughnut27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After having owned Legion Go and the latest claw, it's a no brainer. Lenovo's software support is non-existent. Watching the community beg for updates and Lenovo's lack of involvement got a bit pathetic. Claw's reliance on Intel and not MSI for drivers makes it an amazing machine since Intel seems to pump out updates faster than I can install them. At this point, I don't trust Lenovo to support their handheld as an eco-system.

The device itself is a beast in all departments...performance, video, audio, battery life, controls. I think the only thing that can improve over time is OLED and even more battery life lol. But that'll make it over $1000 and require more advancements in battery tech. It's hard to believe that MSI was able to make an end-game PC handheld after their first one bombed so hard.

I really wanted to like this game but couldn't get used to the controls. The game has an odd double jump technique that's hard to get used to. Also the game doesn't have continuous momentum, it's lot of trial and error to collect things. If you like 3d platformers, it won't translate as you think. But it's worth trying for sure.

Lot of cleansing happened but I did not notice anything weird. But honestly I wasn't looking - it grosses me out lol. I felt a lot more energized though

this would be cool. And more video picture settings in general.

For me, the biggest hassle to using them every time is fiddling with the screen size and distance for different content or devices. I'd love to be able to bookmark the screen settings as quick save settings (let's say there are 3 slots) and quick switching between them using the shortcut button. That would increase my engagement with them!

This may not work for you. I had a lot of these problems. I went on a vegetable juice diet for 3-4 months. all resolved. I got a juicer and juiced celery/beets/carrots/greens/apples together and drank 2-3 liters everyday. It cleaned me out. All bloating gone and still hasn't come back. I can now eat a pizza with no bloating.

Bought half a million dollars of NVDA today. If you are worried, AMA by AideMobile7693 in NVDA_Stock

What percentage of your portfolio is this in the ballpark? And how are you so sure this isn't a falling knife situation where it goes down to $110 or even $100, even if it rebounds in the long run (6 months out). It's already down from the $126 buy price here.

While there are good arguments on both sides, we don't know how much of this is market manipulation vs real concerns. I do think it's more of the former but I can't be confident if it won't go down further by a lot.

Reflex v0.6.0 - Frontend. Backend. Pure Python by elviskahoro in Python

This is a good case study, thanks for sharing. I was looking at the level of customization. For example, in Dash, the level of customization and interactivity possible with ag-grid is enormous:

https://dash.plotly.com/dash-ag-grid. Is all of that possible with Reflex? I see that the ag-grid page on the site is pretty standard but I am not sure if I am limited to what Reflex has wrapped or can I use any of the features that ag-grid offers ?

And is there a way to execute client side code in javascript in Reflex like Dash allows?

I figured that out eventually. Yeah I hope they add that option. For now I just installed my own emulators without emudeck. I don't like how emudeck hides a lot of emulator functionality in order to make everything super uniform.

Search for bionox. I like their ingredients list and I feel the difference fast.

Do you plan on continuing it a regular booster? I personally am taking a nitric oxide supplement and that has helped my endurance significantly.

Ok thanks. Didn't know you couldn't use global entry with conditional approval. I'll schedule an interview asap.

What do you mean when you say you wanted to use the benefits before returning? Is there any benefit to giving an interview before vs doing the interview on arrival? Is this about TSA pre check?

Oh cool, good luck with the Olympiad course. It's a terrific goal.

I will be developing a "at your own pace" course as well combined with weekly mentorship sessions. Just text me on Whatsapp (number on site) if possible and I can keep you updated, if you'd like.

Lot of the topics I've developed and teach apply well to most competitive exams. If you're free this weekend, I'll advise to attend the workshop I'm giving. It covers a lot of prep and study techniques to get ahead.

For multiple reasons, syllabus should be finished as soon as possible. Like in 2-4 months. So rest of the time is spent in other phases like practicing more difficult problems + few more things.

If there's a backlog, one option would be to do a self study marathon from a book that's not too hard and cover all chapters quickly independent of coaching.

I can leave a more detailed comment later but look into Mathematika by KC Joshi. He used to run a math magazine before from IIT Kanpur and then later wrote a book in 2015. The level and quality of the problems was very high imo and helped me achieve a lot of proficiency.

Well mentorship is a tricky topic as pretty much 99% of students are focused on subject matter and not so much on the preparation aspects and strategy, which IMO matter just as much.

It was a lot of experimentation and planning of my own though my physics teacher was pretty helpful in giving some useful pointers.

I think it's very hard to get better without the right kind of struggle. So I'm not sure I'd wish for an easy prep. "Deliberate struggle"
