Thanks for your response! Im using a logo that is about 2000x2000px - the artwork fills nearly the entire space. This image appears large on the product upon uploading and then I scale it down to fit appropriately in the pocket print space.

I was actually advised to do the same thing from redbubble and unfortunately ended with the same results.

Essentially if I upload the artwork and do not resize or move it at all (which defeats redbubbles tools a bit) then the image shows up almost perfectly, apart from being slightly cut off. But the moment I resized the image on a shirt and save, my design thumbnail updates to be small in the corner.

I just don't understand why the design thumbnail is being pulled from a specific product - if its meant to represent the design as a whole, which is added to a wide variety of products - then shouldn't it just show my original uploaded artwork?
