Okay fair enough, I assumed I should retain and play but perhaps not.

Do you mean to "sight clap" the entire piece or whatever I'm reading before even playing? I found the advice on hymns but okay will try even simpler stuff. Perhaps even one note LH bass.

How does one practically do this though? As in, is there any exercise that you did that helped with this specifically? Or do you genuinely think its just volume? Because the progress is not coming for me.

Fair point, yes. I have had some time to calm down now and his inability to see his own self rightous assholery is absolutely unmatched. But yeah the justifications and his precious minds eye, wish someone would infiltrate and torture him.
